ABOUT RDM INDUSTRIAL WELDING LLC
LOCAL. SKILLED. BUILT TO LAST.
WHO STARTED RDM?
RDM Industrial Welding LLC was founded by Ryan Martin- a skilled welder and fabricator with a passion for working with his hands and building things that are made to last. What started with a love for welding and fabrication grew into a business focused on helping customers solve real-world problems through quality workmanship and practical solutions.
EXPERIENCE:
With experience in welding, fabrication, repair, and hands-on problem solving, RDM brings a practical approach to every project. Whether it's repairing a damaged trailer, fabricating a custom steel component, or fixing equipment in the field, the focus is on understanding the problem and getting the job done right.
MOTIVATION:
RDM was built around a simple idea: do good work and stand behind it. We enjoy taking on projects that need a skilled set of hands, figuring out how to solve the problem, and seeing the finished product come together. Our goal is to provide dependable work that customers can count on.
WHAT MAKES RDM DIFFERENT?
We're not interested in making things more complicated than they need to be. RDM focuses on straightforward service, quality workmanship, and practical solutions. Every project gets the attention it deserves, whether it's a small repair or a larger custom fabrication job.
AREA SERVED:
RDM Industrial Welding LLC is based in Charlotte, Michigan, serving customers throughout the surrounding Mid-Michigan area. Mobile and on-site repair services are also available for projects where bringing the equipment to the shop isn't practical.

Not every project comes with a simple solution. Sometimes something is broken, worn out, modified, or just needs to be built differently. That's where RDM comes in.
From repairing equipment and trailer frames to fabricating custom steel components, we enjoy taking on projects that require a little problem-solving and hands-on experience. We work with our customers to understand what they need and find a solution that makes sense for the job.
If it needs to be fixed, reinforced, modified, or built — let's talk.
